Overview
The NYSGA Rules of Golf Seminar (Full-Day) offers an in-depth analysis of the new changes included in the 2019 Rules of Golf as well as Rules situations often encountered on the golf course. This will include a review of Rules 1-20, definitions, and roles/responsibilities of the Committee while conducting competitions.
Who Should Attend
This seminar is highly recommended for Rules Officials, PGA members, golf coaches, and anyone interested in advancing their understanding of the Rules of Golf and tournament administration.
Fee
The seminar fee is $35, which includes Rules publications (Rules of Golf, Official Guide to the Rules of Golf), a continental breakfast, refreshments, lunch, and a full-day of Rules of Golf instruction.

USGA 80-Question Certification Exam
The NYSGA will be proctoring an optional USGA 80-Question exam on Saturday, April 30 at Onondaga (9:00am - 12:30 pm). Individuals can attain "Advanced" USGA Rules Certification by earning a 70 out of 80 or higher on this exam.
Registration
Registration will be limited to the first 30 attendees who apply prior to the entry deadline (Friday, March 22, 2019 at 5:00pm).
Dress Code
Please wear appropriate golf/country club casual attire. Note that denim, t-shirts and pants with cargo pockets are prohibited at Onondaga.
