Overview
The 3-Hour NYSGA Rules of Golf Seminar is open to the public and designed to benefit all golfers, from the novice to tournament player. This seminar will focus primarily on the new Rules of Golf, using interactive presentations that incorporate high quality video examples. The USGA-certified instructors are available to answer questions related to the Rules of Golf, tournament administration, course marking, Local Rules, and more.
Attendees will receive a free copy of the Players Guide to the Rules of Golf.

Registration will be limited to the first 75 attendees who register prior to the entry deadline (Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 5:00pm).
Dress Code
Please wear appropriate golf/country club casual attire. Note that denim, t-shirts and pants with cargo pockets are prohibited at Elmira CC.
